FDM/FFF Printing

 We offer scalable 3D printing solutions to support projects at every stage of development—from one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs. Our additive manufacturing capabilities are designed to deliver speed, precision, and flexibility, enabling rapid iteration as well as consistent, repeatable output for production applications.

Our printers support build volumes up to 256 mm x 256 mm x 256 mm (10" x 10" x 10"), accommodating a wide range of part sizes from small, intricate components to larger functional assemblies. We also provide advanced multi-color printing with up to 8 colors per print, as well as multi-material printing, allowing for complex geometries, integrated features, and enhanced visual or functional performance within a single part.

We work with a broad selection of engineering-grade and specialty materials to meet diverse application requirements:

  • PLA (Polylactic Acid): Available in standard, matte, silk, and glow-in-the-dark finishes; ideal for prototyping and visual models.
  • PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol): Durable and impact-resistant with good chemical resistance.
  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): Strong, heat-resistant material suitable for functional parts.
  • ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate): UV- and weather-resistant, ideal for outdoor applications.
  • TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane): Flexible, abrasion-resistant material for elastic components.
  • TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers): Soft, rubber-like materials for grips, seals, and flexible features.
  • PVA / BVOH: Water-soluble support materials for complex geometries and clean surface finishes.
  • PA (Polyamide / Nylon): High-strength, wear-resistant material for demanding mechanical applications.
  • PC (Polycarbonate): Exceptional strength and heat resistance for high-performance parts.
  • Fiber-Reinforced Materials: Carbon fiber (CF) and glass fiber (GF) reinforced blends of PLA, PETG, PA, or PC for enhanced stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability.
